Do you know that Black, White and Green Pepper are all from the same plant?
Harvest when fruits are green, it is call Green Peppercorn. Dry the red coloured fruits for 3 days & you will obtain the freshest Black Pepper from your own garden. If you removed the black crust from Black Pepper... tadaa .. you will have white pepper that is milder in flavour!
